BBC Radio Devon presenter and Jail Ale fan Gordon Sparks turned bar tender for the night with the newest member of our team, Scott Prideaux, to launch our speciality beer, Three
Stout Hares at the Gog & Magog in Plymouth yesterday.
Three Stout Hares is a 4.5% ABV unique stout ale with a delicious taste and aromas of honey, fruit and spices and has already earned celebrity fans including Dartmoor folk legend, Seth Lakeman. It takes its name from our award-winning seasonal ale, Three Hares, which scooped the prestigious SIBA Champion Speciality Beer Award at the National Beer Competition last year.
The sun made a welcome appearance on Plymouth's Barbican yesterday evening as plenty of customers enjoyed their first taste of our new honey-dewed stout ale. Scott is certainly settling into his new role here at the Brewery and we're pleased to report Three Stout Hares went down a treat with locals and the broadcasting legend that is 'Sir' Gordon Sparks!
Three Stout Hares will be available for a limited period while stocks last.
