Christmas Ale Launch Santa procession

Christmas Ale 2014 pump clip With frosty weather setting in at Dartmoor Brewery, we are delighted to announce that our Christmas Ale launch is on the horizon! Yelverton will be brought to life on Saturday 22nd November with a procession of 21 Dartmoor Brewery fans in Santa Claus fancy dress making their way from the Yelverton Rock Inn to the Royal Oak Meavy, then on to the Meavy Christmas Fair. With more festively dressed fans joining, this is sure to be a sight to remember! The procession of merry Santas will be raising money for Children In Need- a fantastic chance to spread some cheer and drink some beer for a great cause. We are delighted to welcome you to join us on this special occasion for the very first tastings of our Christmas Ale ABV 5.0, introduced as a superb deep warm red ale with rich cherry liquor fruit flavours. The Royal Oak Meavy is providing the perfect destination for our 21 Santas to descend upon Dartmoor in celebration of our festive launch event, before ending up at the Meavy Christmas Fair in the Parish Hall. Along side our Santas, the Dartmoor Border Morris Dancers will be delivering entertainment to accompany our Christmas Ale merriment.
