The famous Tom Cobley Tavern in the Devon village of Spreyton is rejoicing with a runner-up award in the South West CAMRA Regional Pub of the Year category. Gareth Macdonald, regional director of CAMRA, was on hand to present the award to landlord Roger Cudlip.
