The Old Commercial Inn in Bishopsteignton has been welcoming thirsty and hungry locals and visitors for a many a year, and now has new faces at the helm.

Darren and James re-opened the doors with a grand launch on Monday 4th December, and our regional sales manager Craig joined long-standing and new customers as they settled in to this welcoming hostelry in the heart of the Devon village.

The Dartmoor Brewery team have been dusting off their oh-so-stylish Christmas hats today, to mark the launch of our fabulously festive Christmas Ale.

Our Christmas Ale is a light bodied yet full flavoured yuletide beer with festive notes of Christmas spice and rich pudding fruit on the finish. As Santa himself would surely declare, it's a well-rounded, easy-drinking beer with nutty and biscuity flavours.

The welcoming Whitchurch Inn can be discovered just a stone's throw from Devon's award-winning market town of Tavistock, in a splendid spot on the edge of Dartmoor, next to the ancient village church of St Andrew's.
