Christmas Ale is Here!

Posted by Mike C in Nov 2023

The Dartmoor Brewery team have been dusting off their oh-so-stylish Christmas hats today, to mark the launch of our fabulously festive Christmas Ale.

Our Christmas Ale is a light bodied yet full flavoured yuletide beer with festive notes of Christmas spice and rich pudding fruit on the finish. As Santa himself would surely declare, it's a well-rounded, easy-drinking beer with nutty and biscuity flavours.

The Dartmoor Brewery elves are already out delivering our Christmas Ale to fine pubs across the South West. If your local hasn't put their order in yet, be sure to give them a nudge.

Dartmoor Zero - all of the flavour, without the alcohol

Posted by Mike C in Jun 2023

In response to increasing market demand for high quality low-alcohol beers, leading South West producer of traditional ales, Dartmoor Brewery, has added to its portfolio with the launch of Dartmoor Zero.

With a strength of less than 0.5% alcohol by volume, the new beer is aimed at discerning drinkers who at times would prefer the traditional pleasures of a full-flavoured beer combined with a minimal level of alcohol.

Dartmoor Brewery Managing Director Ian Cobham commented: “We...

Return of the Ice Warrior

Posted by Mike C in May 2022

By popular demand, our limited-edition Ice Warrior Ale is back, and we are once again supporting polar expeditions and the study of climate change by donating profits to the Ice Warrior Project.

Return of the Dragon

Posted by Mike C in Sep 2020

Dragon's Breath is back!  This seasonal beer is always a popular additional to our Autumn and Winter range, and it's on its way to great pubs right now.

Flavoured with black treacle, Dragon’s Breath (4.4%) is a unique beer ideally suited to the cooler months, and was originally launched in the snows of December 2010. Deep ruby-brown coloured, rich and full-bodied with a delicious aftertaste of morello cherries, it's a real treat for the senses.

Ask your favourite local to get some in!

You'll also be able to enjoy this satisfying Winter tipple in front of the fire at home.  We're busy bottling, and it'll be available...
