Pub of the Week: The Offshore Bar

For our latest pub of the week we are heading for Devon's glorious south coast - the English Riviera to be precise - and the excellent Offshore Bar.

The Offshore Bar boasts a perfect position in the heart of Torquay, right next to the bustling harbour, with a laid back alfresco terrace right on the harbour wall. Sit in the sun and enjoy a Jail Ale and a bite to eat, and watch the world go by - on land and water.

With a well-deserved reputation for good food, the Offshore has a great all-day choice on the menu, with tasty dishes prepared using top-notch fresh ingredients. You'll find perfectly-cooked steaks, stone-baked pizzas, vegetarian specials, and of course fresh seafood dishes as befits the Offshore's Devon seaside setting. It's definitely wise to book a table if you can.

During the daytime, there's a laid-back cafe-bar vibe, and in the evening the ever-popular Offshore is buzzing with locals and visitors alike.

The Offshore has clocked up plenty of awards for its service of top local ales, and you'll find our famous Jail Ale, our deliciously rereshing kegged Dartmoor IPA and our new kid on the block - Dartmoor Zero.
