Refund policy

We offer a 12 month guarantee on all clothing and gifts, in the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect. Please contact us by phone or email if you experience any difficulties with your purchase.

For any purchases returned and replaced under guarantee, we will refund your return postage costs.

If you change your mind, or find that your purchase isn't suitable, we will gladly refund your purchase price less postage and packing costs upon receipt of goods in as-new condition.

All goods returned, whether under guarantee or because you've changed your mind, should be suitably packed for return carriage, and you should obtain proof of posting.

We are only able to ship to mainland United Kingdom.
